William Hill has revealed its upgraded Nevada mobile sportsbook app.
The revamped offering sees William Hill’s mobile betting app migrate to Caesars’ proprietary Liberty platform.
Caesars has owned William Hill’s US business since September 2020, when it purchased the company in a £2.9bn deal. The operator later sold William Hill’s non-US assets to UK-facing operator 888 for £2.0bn.

William Hill has been named as the official betting partner of the Grand National in a three-year deal.
As well as being the official betting partner, the deal will see William Hill named as the sponsor of three races held at the Aintree racetrack during the Grand National.
The festival runs from 13-15 April.
The three races are the Grade 1 William Hill Aintree Hurdle on 13 April, the William Hill Handicap Hurdle on 14 April and the Grade 3 William Hill Handicap Chase on 15 April.

Bookmaker William Hill has entered an in-stadium retail betting partnership with Scottish Premiership football club Celtic.
Under the deal, William Hill will become the team’s official in-stadium betting partner and operate retail betting facilities inside the club’s Celtic Park home.
The arrangement will run for two years, with fans able to place a range of bets and also take advantage of exclusive offers and promotions on Celtic home matchdays.

Online operator 888 has completed its acquisition of William Hill’s non-US assets from Caesars for £1.95bn (€2.25bn/$2.35bn), and has announced the group’s new leadership team.
888 had initially agreed in September 2021 to acquire the non-US business of William Hill. This came soon after US operator Caesars acquired the entire William Hill business for approximately £2.90bn, with the intent to dispose of all but its US assets.
Originally, the purchase price for the deal was £2.2bn. However, 888 and Caesars agreed to reduce the purchase price to acquire the assets by £250m, with the cash portion of the deal now set at £584.9m instead of £834.9m.
This, it said, was due to a “change in the macro-economic and regulatory environment”, but at the time it also revealed that the William Hill business’ licence to operate in Great Britain was under review.
